Refunds Policy

If you would like to return your order, please contact us to arrange this.

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order, as after that we cannot offer a refund.

Returns can be sent with its original packaging intact to the address below by the expiration date of 14 days from the day you send a cancellation notice to us.

We are very careful when delivering orders to our customers. However, if you receive damaged goods, for a refund please send us a photo of the order. The damaged item photo must show the damage in its entirety and not just a single detail of the damage.

If we are unable to supply you with a product because it is no longer in stock, no longer available, we cannot meet our delivery date or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this via email and we will not process your order.

If you have already paid for your order on our website, we will refund you the full amount (including any delivery costs) within 3 working days.
